Alex's Family Dumpling Moment Contest

The Contest is open only to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of Washington State; or

• Are legal residents of Oregon; or

• Are legal residents of the Houston metropolitan area of Texas;

  and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

  Void outside the eligible geographic area and where prohibited by law.

  The following persons are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, representatives, distributors, retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion partners, judging organizations, and any entity involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, judging, or operation of the Contest;

• Immediate family members of such persons, including spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and their respective spouses or partners;

• Any person residing in the same household as such individuals.

  Limit one (1) prize per person.

  Limit one (1) prize per household.

  An individual may submit up to five (5) eligible entries during the Contest Period; however, regardless of the number of entries submitted, no participant may win more than one prize.

  If multiple winning entries are submitted by the same participant or members of the same household, the highest-ranking eligible entry shall receive the highest applicable prize and the remaining prize positions shall be awarded to the next highest-ranking eligible entrants.

Step 1

Enjoy Alex's Meat Dumplings obtained through any lawful means.

Step 2

Create an original photo or short video showing your Alex's Meat Family Dumpling Moment.

Examples include:

• Family dinner;

• Holiday gathering;

• Cooking together;

• Game night;

• Outdoor picnic;

• Multi-generational family meal;

• Family traditions; or

• Any memorable moment involving Alex's Meat Dumplings.

  Step 3

  Post the photo or video publicly on Instagram during the Contest Period and include both hashtags:

  #AlexsMeatDumplings

  #AlexsMeat

  No registration form, receipt upload, or website submission is required.

  Instagram accounts must remain publicly viewable throughout the Contest Period and through winner verification, or the Administrator must otherwise be able to review the entry.

  Entries must remain publicly accessible on Instagram until at least October 31, 2026, or until winners are announced and verified, whichever occurs later.

  Limit five (5) entries per person during the Contest Period.

All entries must:

• Be original content created by the entrant;

• Feature Alex's Meat Dumplings;

• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use;

• Not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity;

• Not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate content;

• Be suitable for public display;

• Not contain content that Sponsor or Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, is inconsistent with the Alex's Meat brand.

  Entrants are solely responsible for obtaining consent from any individuals appearing in submitted content.

  The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these Official Rules.

This is a skill-based contest.

All eligible entries will be reviewed and scored by a judging panel appointed by the Administrator.

Entries will be evaluated using the following criteria:

Community Impact & Engagement may include:

• Audience engagement;

• Authenticity;

• Positive interaction generated by the content;

• Overall impact of the submission; and

• Optional following of @alexsmeatandprovisions.

  Community Impact & Engagement does not independently determine winners.

  In the event of a tie, the entry receiving the higher Creativity & Originality score shall prevail. If a tie remains, the judging panel shall determine the winner based on overall merit.

  All judging decisions are final and binding.

  Odds of winning depend upon the number and quality of eligible entries received.

  The Administrator shall maintain judging records, scoring sheets, and winner documentation for a reasonable period following completion of the Contest.

Grand Prize

One (1) Winner

Dumplings for a Year

• 120 packs of Alex's Meat Dumplings (1.75 lb each);

• Approximately ten (10) packs per month for twelve (12) months;

• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,100.

  Second Prize

  Three (3) Winners

  Dumplings for a Quarter

• 30 packs of Alex's Meat Dumplings (1.75 lb each);

• Approximately ten (10) packs per month for three (3) months;

• ARV: $270 per winner.

  Third Prize

  Ten (10) Winners

  Dumplings for a Month

• 10 packs of Alex's Meat Dumplings (1.75 lb each);

• Single pickup redemption;

• ARV: $90 per winner.

  Total Prize Pool

• Fourteen (14) winners;

• Total ARV: $2,810.

  Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash.

  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Entries will be ranked according to total judging score.

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• 1st Place: Grand Prize;

• 2nd-4th Place: Second Prize;

• 5th-14th Place: Third Prize.

Potential winners will be notified through Instagram Direct Message.

Potential winners must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of the first notification attempt.

As a condition of receiving a prize, winners may be required to:

• Complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility;

• Execute a Liability Release;

• Execute a Publicity Release where permitted by law;

• Complete a Winner Information Form; and

• Provide information necessary to verify eligibility and administer the Contest.

  Required information may include:

• First Name;

• Last Name;

• Date of Birth;

• Residential Address;

• Email Address;

• Mobile Telephone Number; and

• Instagram Username.

  Failure to provide requested information, execute required documents, or respond within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes will be redeemed through participating retail locations designated by the Administrator.

Each winner must select one approved redemption location.

Once approved, that location becomes the winner's designated redemption location.

Winners must be able to redeem prizes at participating retail locations located within the eligible Contest territory.

If a winner relocates, if the selected store ceases carrying Alex's Meat products, or if redemption becomes impractical, the winner may contact:

The Administrator may approve an alternative participating redemption location at its sole discretion.

Identification Requirement

Before receiving any prize allocation, winners must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the information provided during winner verification.

Acceptable identification includes:

• Driver's License;

• State Identification Card;

• U.S. Passport;

• Military Identification Card; or

• Other government-issued photo identification approved by the Administrator.

  For Grand Prize and Second Prize winners receiving monthly allocations, photo identification may be required at each monthly redemption.

  Winners must personally appear at the designated redemption location to redeem prizes unless otherwise approved in writing by the Administrator.

  Prizes may only be redeemed by the verified winner and may not be claimed by family members, friends, agents, representatives, or any other third party unless expressly approved in writing by the Administrator.

  The Administrator reserves the right to deny redemption if identity, eligibility, or prize ownership cannot be verified to its reasonable satisfaction.

Grand Prize and Second Prize winners receive monthly prize allocations.

Monthly allocations must be redeemed during the applicable calendar month.

Unused allocations:

• Expire automatically;

• Cannot be accumulated;

• Cannot be transferred;

• Cannot be exchanged for cash; and

• Cannot be redeemed in future months.

  Failure to redeem a monthly allocation results in permanent forfeiture of that month's allocation.

The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Uses bots or automated systems;

• Purchases, generates, or manipulates engagement through artificial means;

• Attempts to manipulate judging;

• Violates these Official Rules;

• Provides false or misleading information; or

• Otherwise compromises the integrity of the Contest.
